James L. Cypher hails from the Boston area, is a member of ISSCA and helps maintain the Eastern MaSS. Impala Zone, a Yahoo Group.  He has an automotive-related community access TV show called "Joey Daytona's World of Adventure". He currently drives a 1995 Caprice (a former Saratoga County NY Sheriff's car) in the ECIRS.  He has been a Dale Earnhardt fan for years and loves authentic Southern BBQ.  He is a part-time artist and photographer, having his hot rod photos published in Car Kulture DeLuxe magazine last year.  He is also the Operations Manager of the Larz Anderson Auto Museum in Brookline Mass. and enjoys bracket racing.
